Julio César Gaetán Mr. Gaetan received his LL.B. from the Facultad de Derecho, Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 1988. He also received an LL.M. from Universidad Australia in 2001. He attended many post-graduated courses in Tort Law, Labor Law and Commercial Law. He has many publications and has lectured in Tort Law, Labor Law and Commercial Law. In 1988 he joined Benabentos, Gaetán-Blengino & Asociados S.A., at Rosario. He advised many clients such as Falabella S.A., BankBoston NA, Cerámica San Lorenzo S.A., Orígenes AFJP S.A. and Nestlé S.A. He worked in Rosario for Perez Alati, Grondona, Benítes, Arntsen y Martínez de Hoz Law Firm. Mr. Gaetan has been a professor in Civil Law, Commercial Law and Procedural Law at Facultad de Derecho, Universidad Nacional de Rosario. Practice Areas: Corporations Law and Insurance Law.
